3. What we collect through our contact form
Your name, email, phone number, company (optional) and your message.
4. Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, discuss and quote for your project, and keep a record of it.
5. What our website collects
Pages visited, clicks on email, phone and WhatsApp links, device and browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies.
6. Server logs
Our web host keeps standard security logs.
7. Who handles data for us
Hostinger (website and email), Cloudflare (images and video), Google (analytics, fonts and maps) and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your data.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiries and logs are kept for up to 10 years.
9. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, update or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or name someone to act for you. Write to us first; you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
11. Children
This website is not meant for anyone under 18.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
